Dealing with the whole of the development process for a wide range of clients from initial concept/development to completion of projects. Providing a range of development consultancy and planning advice to commercial and private clients across the UK but specialising in the south east. This has involved preparation of design and development briefs for residential and commercial sites, development appraisals, farm and estate management plans, submission and negotiation of planning applications and handling subsequent appeals.

Qualifications for William Nigel Alderton

Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Bachelor of Town Planning.  Post Graduate Degree.

William Nigel Alderton BTP MRPTI, Principal.  A chartered Town Planner of 38 years including fifteen years experience as a Planning Officer at different levels in Local Government followed by a spell within the development industry, with direct responsibility for bringing forward schemes to the development stage.  Since 1993 has been Principal of Prospective Planning He has wide experience in all aspects of the development process having handled for clients similar appraisal, design and master planning commissions.

He has worked for Michael Cox Associates, Planning Consultants, William Ellis Developers (part of Amec/Fairclough Homes Group), Lewes District Council , Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Wealden District Council and East Sussex County Council.
